Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service and may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 mins late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
Clients under 18 must have parental consent to book and a deposit is required to secure the appointment.
